After conducting a few simple tests, it was clear that the Rotary Sanhua Compressor had failed and wasn't pumping efficiently.
After sourcing, costing then ordering, we were able to get the customer back up and running with a nice hot shower! not a cold one!
Not a cheap repair and especially as it was only 3 years after the installation date, but still cheaper than the hassle of replacing the whole cylinder.
